## Top Picks at a Glance

**1. Olivine** — Closest to family (~7 min) and the easiest to live in: wheelchair accessible with an elevator and a covered, secured garage. Walkable to Trader Joe's and Target. Priciest, but checks every box.

**2. Noble Old Hampden** — Full covered garage, the cheapest at $75–85/mo, with an elevator and every must-have. Upscale and very walkable; a bit farther out (~20 min).

**3. Sorella at Loretto Heights** — Brand-new 2025 building, covered garage (possibly free under the promo), and a big move-in deal: up to 10 weeks free rent. Farther (~20 min), but great value.
